If you wish to return or exchange your order, you can write to our customer service at service@archivist.store. We will send you a free return label with which you can send the package back.

ARCHIVIST offers the following payment methods:

For the payment methods Klarna and bank transfer: Please make sure that the recipient's account is correct and only transfer the amount to the SolarisBank account communicated after the order (please do not transfer to account details that may appear on delivery notes or other documents).

We dispatch goods immediately after receipt of payment. In Germany and Austria, the package will be with you in 1-5 days. In Switzerland we deliver within 2-5 days. Within Europe, you will usually receive your shipment within 7 working days.
